ROSNO Ukraine Insurance Company founded the Kyiv Directorate with the Head Office in Kyiv. Yulia Vasylivna Sitak was appointed Director of the Company’s new Division.
The principal object of the Кyiv Directorate shall be the Company’s business development in the Central part of Ukraine (Кyiv region, Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy, Chernigiv). It comprises the Company’s already existent affiliates with offices in Vinnitsa, Cherkassy, and Bila Tserkva.
The Kyiv Directorate founding became another step to attaining leadership and expanding ROSNO Ukraine Ins.Co. presence in the insurance market of Ukraine. The Company governs its business all over the country due to its Directorates (regional structures supervising operation of affiliates of ROSNO Ukraine). At present, except the Kyiv Directorate, there exist and operate: the Central Directorate in Dnipropetrovsk comprising the Kirovograd Branch; the Western Directorate in Lviv, whose subordinate is the Uzhgorod Branch; the Southern Directorate in Odessa comprising Mykolaiv, Illichivsk, Kherson, and Simferopol Branches, аs well as the Eastern Directorate in Donetsk supervising the Company's Kharkiv Branch.
By the end of 2007 ROSNO Ukraine is planning to provide its presence in every region of Ukraine.
