ROSNO Ukraine Insurance Company increased its authorized capital by UAH 21.715 million. Now therefore, the Company’s authorized capital reached UAH 96.155 million.
Since the Company’s foundation (August 2005) the authorized capital has increased for the third time. The first increase was registered in January 2006, when from UAH 39.090 million the authorized capital increased by 32.3% and was UAH 51.715 million. The second change took place in January 2007. The increase was 43.95%, the authorized capital reached UAH 74.440 million. At present the authorized capital has increased to UAH 96.155 million, which is 29.17% of the increase compared to the previous value of this indicator.
Коnstantin Bergmann, Director General of ROSNO Ukraine Ins.Co., mentioned: «Another increase of the authorized capital is caused by the Company’s rampant development. The number of our clients is increasing, and we must be ready to satisfy the needs of each of them.
