30. 07. 09. Authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. increased

By resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company was increased by UAH 23 million. Thus, current authorized capital of the company amounts to UAH 228,621,450.00.
The company’s authorized capital grew from UAH 205,621,450 to UAH 228,621,450 (by about 10%).
Upon foundation of the company, this indicator extended several times. Just in 2009 the second increase of authorized capital has been registered. This confirms the intention of the shareholders to maintain high level of financial solvency and reliability of the company on the Ukrainian market. |
