20. 05. 09. Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. paid out over UAH 430 thousand of insurance indemnity under a motor hull insurance agreement

Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company paid out the first part of indemnity to Laska Leasing LLC, a company providing motor transport financial leasing services, for the stolen crane truck MAZ 630303. The indemnity was UAH 438,001.07.
MAZ crane truck insured by Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. under the Formula motor hull insurance program was stolen in Radomyshl' (Zhytomyr region). The driver had left the vehicle in the garage at the end of the working day. When he returned the next morning, he found that the lock was broken and the crane truck was missing. A criminal case was initiated on this loss event, and an investigation is being conducted.
The second part of the indemnity for the stolen crane truck, in accordance with the established insurance rules, shall be paid out upon the resolution on termination of the criminal case. |
