Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. in Ivano-Frankivsk provided insurance coverage to employees of Delta LLC. The company shall provide voluntary medical insurance and accident insurance to the enterprise’s employees in 2009. Total insured amount under the agreement was UAH 7,500,000.
Under the accident insurance agreement, the insurance coverage includes the following risks: death, disability of groups 1, 2, 3, injuries, temporary loss of labor capacity.
The voluntary medical insurance agreement provides for a wide cover including provision of out-patient and ambulatory care (including stomatological), in-patient medical care, rehabilitation treatment, preventive control.
Employees of the company shall be serviced at the medical institutions selected taking into consideration place of residence of the insured persons and quality of medical services provided. |
