Employees of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. took part in All³anz International Management Seminar in Saint-Petersburg. The seminar was held by competent trainers from Germany in the form of a management game. The event was attended by specialists from Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co., heads of structural units of All³anz Group of Insurance Companies in Russia – ROSNO and Allianz ROSNO Life, às well as by Allianz employees in Kazakhstan.
All³anz ²nternat³onal Management Sem³nars have been held since 1989. They are based on a management game developed by Prof. Knud Hansen in 1960s. Since that time and up to this day, All³anz ²nternat³onal Management Sem³nars have provided an opportunity for Allianz employees from all over the world to improve their professional skills and gain new knowledge of key areas of operation of the insurance company.
During the event, specialists from Allianz Ukraine, along with other participants, were developing skills of strategic thinking. Specialists from different units of the insurance company were learning principles of system work.
“The seminar became a perfect place for meeting Allianz representatives from different countries. In the course of the game, we had to make difficult decisions, all the time share opinion with one another. Thus, experts engaged in different business processes of the insurance company were uninterruptedly sharing experiences, and everyone got an opportunity to have a wider look at organization of insurance business in general, deepen their knowledge”, - Yulia Kovalyova, underwriter of the Staff Insurance Center Methodology Department commented on her participation in the seminar. |
