06. 08. 08. All³anz Ukraine Ins.Co. held a seminar for its employees and partners devoted to personal insurance types

All³anz Ukraine Ins.Co. organized a seminar, in the course of which participants were offered to develop new voluntary medical insurance products and programs. Moderator of the seminar was Chris Schultz, executive director if MEDENT consulting company, expert in the field of health insurance in Germany. Along with employees of All³anz Ukraine Ins.Co., the event was attended by current and prospective partners of the company: representatives of such insurance brokers as Br³tMark, Marsh and W³ll³s, representatives of Nadra bank, National Retail Standard Bank, OTP Bank, and other companies.

In the course of the seminar, employees of All³anz Ukraine Ins.Co. were together with the company’s partners creating products of most various filling and combinations for different target audiences. As a result, variants of voluntary medical insurance programs were developed, which, in opinion of the seminar participants, may be in demand in the nearest future. The work done during the seminar provided a possibility for the insurance company’s employees to understand and analyze needs of prospective customers, to evaluate the scope of demand for voluntary medical insurance products and programs.

“The seminar allowed us strengthen relations with current and prospective partners. We were working as a consolidated team jointly developing new original ideas, which shall serve a base for renewal of personal insurance products and determine further development of our partnership”, -summed up Oksana Rudenko, Director of All³anz Ukraine Ins.Co.
