Oksana Rudenko, Director of Personal Insurance Center of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co., took part in the forum "HR days in Ukraine” organized by Meet³ng Po³nt Ukra³ne Company. The forum, which was held at a conference hall of Rad³sson SAS hotel in Kyiv was attended by HR directors and HR specialists of the leading national and foreign companies.
Oksana Rudenko appeared with a presentation telling about peculiarities and benefits of corporate voluntary medical insurance programs as part of employer’s motivation package.
“HR specialists are in increasing frequency facing the necessity of including corporate voluntary medical insurance in the employee social package, as their task is retention of human resources and increase of loyalty of employees to the company, as well as provision of better labor conditions. Experts affirm that availability of voluntary medical insurance policy not only increases the company’s attraction in the eyes of employees by 20 percent, but is also regarded as evidence of the company’s stability in the market. More than half employees assert that they would rather have a voluntary medical insurance policy included in their social package, than receive its money equivalent”, - commented Oksana Rudenko, Director of Personal Insurance Center of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co.”. |
