Allianz Insurance Company held the official opening of its branch in Simferopol. Director of the Company’s new Division was appointed Yevgen Kononov.
Simferopol Affiliate is a part of the Southern Directorate of Allianz Ins.Co. with the Head Office in Odessa, whose principal objective is development of the Company’s business in the southern region of Ukraine (Odessa, Kherson, and Mykolayiv regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). Along with Simferopol Affiliate, it comprises the already founded Affiliates of the Company with offices in Mylolayiv, Illichivsk, Kherson.
Foundation of the new Affiliate became another step to attaining leadership and expanding Allianz Ins.Co. presence in the insurance market of Ukraine. The Company governs its business all over the country due to its Directorates (regional structures supervising operation of Allianz affiliates). At present, along with the Southern Directorate, there exist and operate: the Central Directorate in Dnipropetrovsk comprising Zaporizhya, Kryviy Righ and Kirovograd representative offices; the Western Directorate in Lviv, whose subordinate are representative offices in Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhgorod, Ternopil, Rivne, Khmelnytskiy, Chernivtsy, Lutsk; the Kyiv Directorate comprising Vinnytsia branch, аs well as representative offices in Cherkassy, Zhytomyr, and Bila Tserkva; the Eastern Directorate in Donetsk supervising the Company's Kharkiv branch, the representative office in Mariupol.
By the end of 2007, Allіanz Ins.Co. is planning to provide its presence in every region of Ukraine.
