All³anz Insurance Company founded its branch in Cherkasy. Tetiana Leonidivna Protsenko was appointed Director of the Company’s new Division.
Cherkasy branch is part of All³anz Ins.Co. Kyiv Directorate, whose principal object is the Company’s business development in the Central part of Ukraine (Êyiv region, Vinnytsya, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv). Beside Cherkasy branch, it comprises the Company’s already existent branches with offices in Vinnytsya, Cherkasy, and Bila Tserkva.
Foundation of the new branch became another step to attaining leadership and expanding Allianz Ins.Co. presence in the insurance market of Ukraine. The Company governs its business all over the country due to its Directorates (regional structures supervising operation of Allianz affiliates). At present, besides the Kyiv Directorate, there exist and operate: the Central Directorate in Dnipropetrovsk comprising Zaporizhya and Kirovograd representative offices; the Western Directorate in Lviv, whose subordinate are representative offices in Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhgorod, Ternopil, Rivne, Khmelnytskiy, Chernivtsi, Lutsk; the Southern Directorate in Odessa comprising Mykolaiv branch, representative offices in Illichivsk and Kherson, às well as the Eastern Directorate in Donetsk supervising the Company's Kharkiv branch, representative office in Mariupol.
By the end of 2007, All³anz Ins.Co. is planning to provide its presence in every region of Ukraine.
